What do I bring to the Hackathon?
Laptop, chargers, and a valid ID. A toothbrush, sleeping bag, and a change of clothes is also recommended. Keep in mind this event takes place in January so bring layers!
How much does the hackathon cost?
It's free! Devil Hack 1.00 provides students with WiFi, meals, swag, workspace, and prizes for the entire event.
Any rules?
All attendees (hackers, supporters, mentors, volunteers, etc) must abide by MLH's Code of Conduct.
Who can attend the hackathon?
High school upperclassmen and students from the College of Lake County.
What skills do I need to attend?
Everyone is welcome regardless of skills. What's most important is that you want to learn something new and create!
How big are the teams?
Teams will be comprised of a maximum of seven (7) high school students and one (1) team leader. If you do not have a team, that fine! We will assign you to one during the event.
Who can I contact if I have additional questions?
